Seated Buddha Ceramic 38 Cm/14″ | Black Crawling

This Buddha sculpture is totally unique. The Ceramics statue is hand carved out of clay by a talented master sculptor from the Angkor Temples area. After several coats of the unique crawling glaze and fired at high temperature, the statue is then gilded in gold leaf by master artisans over several days. Each hand-crafted piece takes several weeks to produce, resulting in one-of-a-kind works of artisanal Cambodian art.
